I bought my partner a £50 voucher for Christmas and we've been unable to get in contact to book a massage for 6 months now. Phone number goes straight to answer phone and we've left numerous messages with no response. Do not book or give them money, it's blatantly a scam. Waste of hard earned money.
I had a lovely massage at massage or knot today. I took their last appointment which was with Jorge. I was somewhat nervous having only ever had massages from women before but Jorge made me feel very comfortable. My massage was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I am not from the area but will defo return here when I'm in the area. Highly recommend a visit!

Recieved a voucher for my birthday and have spent the last 6 months trying to get a hold of "Massage or knot".
There is nobody that answers the phone it simply asks you to leave your name and number and thats it.
Definately a "knot"!!!! Find a massage service with a premises that doesnt keep moving about and one that answers the phone.
Google maps shows it to be at K2 gym on Cliff Rd, Newquay. It is not.
Massage or Knot offer an amazing service. I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted in my massage so just booked a 50 minute slot and discussed it when i got there, Martina was professional and made me feel instantly relaxed when I arrived. We called it an MOT session. After my full body massage, she advised what areas we needed to concentrate on when i return. Free parking at the hotel was very appreciated. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who has problem areas, or simply just wants to relax.
Had my first ever massage here, Tilly made it a great experience. Asking if the pressure was okay throughout. The room was cosy and had some nice nature background music which really helped me relax. The massage seemed very fairly priced and I left feeling 5 years younger. Would definitely visit again.
