Salon 262 is a friendly independent salon that opened in 2016 on Mill Road.
Our team of talented stylists have experience from the following training academies;
Wella, L’Oreal, Toni and Guy and Sassoon.
Two members of our team are certified
Wella colour experts .
Wella colour expert is the title given to a stylist on completion of the industries most prestigious colour programme.
Salon 262 is a Kevin Murphy session salon, this means we have regular in-house cutting and styling training.
We also stock the full Kevin Murphy range and can advise you on which products would work for you and how to use them.

a month agoI love this Salon. I see Stuart regularly but they are all fantastic. My daughter has very thick, very curly hair and also gets her haircut here. They are lovely. Highly recommend!

2 years agoI followed my hairdresser of around 20 years to this salon delighted that it is the Romsey side of the bridge and therefore within walking distance - especially as I'm now disabled I would like to believe he moved especially for me! It is a light and spacious area, well laid out colourful and with comfortable seating throughout. As with most salons now, I was immediately offered a hot drink. Obviously welcomed by my hairdresser, but also greeted by other staff in a friendly manner

3 years agoSo, so happy with my latest cut from the wonderful Anna. All the staff at the salon are polite, friendly and incredibly talented. Can't wait to have my colour done next month 🏻 Everything was very clean/being cleaned after each client and it felt very safe in terms of Covid. All round wonderful place.
