Absolutely lovely people, very kind and helpful. I took my gaming laptop in because it was overheating, the team were fantastic and sorted out my issue. Thanks to them, my computer is much cooler and is working better than ever - I would definitely recommend and I will be returning if I have any issues in future.

So I was experiencing heavily blue screens quite frequently so I found this shop who specialises in gaming pcs and laptops, and got chatting to Alex he advised me to come in for a diagnostic, the guys at OneTouchIT Tested my pc for 2 weeks and managed to fix the bsods and I then decided to upgrade a few bits to make it look a bit more refreshed which they was happy to do. I had communications throughout the whole procedure with Alex he’s very nice and understanding guy Now I’m happy with how good my pc looks and runs so shout out to Alex and the guys at OneTouchIT. Come here for all your pc needs

Excellent service. Very professional in listening to the issue present and then providing a very accurate time to fix said issue. Communication was excellent through out with updates, openness and progress towards it being fixed.

A scam, They weren’t able to figure out what the problem with my laptop is and gave horrible service, they literally had no idea what they were doing and didn’t end up helping me at all. They took up 15 minutes of my time and still charged me £25 for not even helping me. The prices are very expensive and unreasonable. Just for checking what the issue is (not fixing it just checking) alone is £110, on top of that actually fixing it they said it would be at least £200. Don’t recommend.
