Highly recommend - Louis was clear, prompt and polite in communication (option to use WhatsApp/ email for info etc.) Great value. Thank you. Our mum, a nonagenarian, was so pleased that the worry of her blocked drain under her favourite borders was resolved without any fuss. Louis also agreed to come at a time that was best suited - when my sister was there. We are so grateful. Plus I'm told Louis was a very nice guy! PS we chose Borderjet because of these reviews and will do so in future, if required, because it was all really great.

2 months agoLouis helped us twice on blocked kitchen drains. A few guys came before him either unable to unblock it or suggesting changing the plumbing system with a much higher cost. Louis showed up on time, unblocked the drain with a reasonable cost. What can I say, if you need someone solving the problem and someone trustworthy, would definitely recommend Louis.

3 months agoReally impressed with Borderjet Drainage Services. I had phoned over 8 drain companies about blocked bathroom drain that resulted in toilet waste coming up through the shower tray! I left voicemails / emails /texts with various companies. Only Borderjet Drainage replied and took on the job (same day). The drain engineer from Borderjet Drainage was prompt, courteous and very cheap. An honest, hardworking, polite drain engineer who took on a horrible messy, smelly job that no other drain company would tackle. 6 other companies didnt even bother to reply, they seem to cherry pick the nice jobs! I have no hesitation in recommending Borderjet Drainage Services and wouldnt go anywhere else if I ever had a drain issue again.
