You get weekly updates, there is always someone available to help with any questions. They will always get back to you. There are different colleagues for every stage of your move from viewings, to sale agreed to exchange and onto completion. We 100% and more recommend them.

11 months agoWe have just sold and bought through Harris & Lee, and I can't speak more highly of them. From start to finish, their level of engagement with us has been exceptional. We were kept fully informed throughout, which with their assistance, was a swift 4 months (despite being in a chain). From first contact, property photos, viewings, right through to handing over the keys to our new home, they have been nothing short of professional, helpful, and interested in the best outcome for us, which overall resulted in a very stress free process. If we chose to move again, I wouldn't look to any other agent. Harris & Lee would be my only port of call, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

As none of us live in the area, we relied solely on them to handle the entire sales process for us.
