a year agoI would recommend John at Clive Tanner Wyatt’s Estate Agents, I found him very professional and extremely helpful fully explaining the procedure as I have never sold a property before. The sale fell through twice due to unforeseen circumstances but on both occasions John worked hard to find another buyer and keep everything running swiftly and smoothly. Eventually on the third attempt things moved really quickly and everything went through within 9 weeks. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again myself.

2 years agoI am a first time buyer so this was a daunting process for me to begin with. However worry not if the agent in charge is Clive-Tanner Wyatts. I had a brilliant introduction to the house and viewing went well with the agent knowledgeable of the area, polite and friendly. I put my offer in and it was initially not accepted by the sellers and the agent was quick to get back to me. The property I viewed was one I was keen to purchase so I popped into the office and went over the offers process which was straight forward and it came to the point where I was happy to make a change to my initial offer. Again the response was rapid and I was not left waiting to know if I could proceed. At this point I wanted another viewing which was promptly arranged. There was no pressure selling or rush, this was professional service without any hassle. I went over any questions I had and these were noted and responded to formally in writing. Next came the paperwork to which I have no clue!! This agent guided me through process and at no cost arranged me a sales progressor to chase both sides of the solicitors. Smooth, honest, professional and a credit to Estate agents. I have my keys now and the process was straight forward! Also the agent still responded to a few queries after the purchase had gone through and I would definitely use them again. Well done and absolutely 5 stars!!!!! Buying or selling John and his team is who you need to go and see.

3 years agoClive Tanner Wyatts Estate Agents were absolutely fantastic in selling our home. John really went the extra mile in the end stages to ensure that the chain didn't collapse and did a great job chasing everyone. A really outstanding professional service and we thoroughly recommend them.

9 months agoThis company are a waste of time, avoid completely. No follows up despite multiple chasers, to then just receive random texts filled with emojis of a random time slot with no flexibility . When querying met with rude and hostile responses...'well i'm not going to call the vendor on a Sunday' . Its your job to accomodate both buyers and sellers.
