a year agoWhen you don’t know anything about a profession, you’re always concerned you’re being ripped off. You’ve got no reference point to judge it all from. When I hit a wall in my SUV, I had quotes ranging from £800 to £7k where garages were “assuring me” everything from it being a 6 hour job to being “certain” it was a guaranteed insurance claim. David and his team were the only garage who walked me through my options and seemed to actually have my best interests at heart. With every big decision he laid out the options clearly. He allowed me to make informed choices without always defaulting to the expensive “that needs to be replaced” angle. Instead he found smart but safe workarounds wherever possible and only replaced parts where necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David, he went above and beyond under very tight time pressures. We’ve only had one interaction so far, but they absolutely have a customer for life!
