    Shazz introduced me to meditation back in January 2020. I have practiced every day since and have already felt the benefits on so many levels. I feel so much more optimistic about life, I feel calmer and more engaged in living in the moment. It is a wonderful practice and so easy to do. Shazz is a great teacher, she is very laid back, approachable and easy to talk to. Whenever I ask a question she is always straight back to me with a clear and informative answer and it really feels like she has a genuine concern for the wellbeing of others. She is great at explaining the technique on a scientific and practical level. I truly believe if everyone brought this practice into their everyday living we would all live in a much happier world.

    I have been practising for just over a year and Shazz has been a fantastic teacher. She's always been open and available. During lockdown we have had a group meeting every morning, which has been invaluable. I'd recommend Vedic meditation to anyone who wants to feel a little clearer, more rested and more resilient.

    Learning to meditate has been the most beautiful gift. It has brought a wonderful sense of much needed calm to my daily life. Shazz gently guides you into a new world and is there beside you til your ready to093899 pedal solo! It's an easy self care method to slot into a busy schedule, and one that brings much peace and joy.

    A few months back I decided to learn Vedic meditation with Cornwall Meditation Centre. I wasn't too sure what to expect as I had tried various types of meditation in the past and it never seemed to stick for one reason or another. Shazz taught me a technique that I've been using ever since - let's call it 'no worries' meditation, where you simply observe your thoughts and use a personalised mantra that acts as a vehicle that takes you into the 'right' state of mind. This has worked perfectly for me and I've integrated it into my everyday life. Since I started, I feel more relaxed and focused, and I also have much more energy. So glad that I took the leap, the reality has far exceeded my expectations - thank you Shazz!
