3 months agoDom fitted windows and doors for a neighbour who didn’t hesitate to recommend him and we can now “pass it on”. Dom was clear, fair and honest in his advice to us, and tactful and patient with all our prevarications, questions and changing/tweaking of plans. Installing day came and everything was done neatly, smoothly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption and mess. The finished job looks and works great, and we’re very pleased. Photos show Residence 9 for door and kitchen window, the rest are Residence 7.

3 months agoWe were introduced to DHGlazing as an approved installer through the excellent Endurance Doors website. We had already selected our new front door and Dominic sent us an all-in quote for the purchase and installation. He was very prompt with his initial response and with subsequent communications. There was a week’s delay to the predicted delivery, due to manufacturing issues, but Dominic at DHG kept us well informed. Gary fitted the new door on the agreed date. He was experienced and very capable, completing the job in around 3 hours. We were pleased with the new door. However, we did notice after installation that the glazing panel was not quite aligned correctly in the frame - most likely a manufacturing assembly error. Dominic offered to re-glaze the door to correct the fault the next working day. We are now very happy! Thank you DH Glazing in Acle for a successful door installation.
