3 weeks agoService at this store in excellent gentleman greeted us asked if he could help, explained we were looking for upright freezer, he took us straight to them then left us to have a look . He then came later see if we needed some help , we showed him the one we were interested in, he explained what to do and what not to do when filling freezer. Got to say perfect service no harassing you . I could keep on praising them as we were very impressed . Thank you

We changed our minds several times with the help of Paige who was very patient with us and gave us advice on how to get the best out of our new kitchen . Her help was invaluable , the service excellent and the quality of the kitchen is clear to see. Martin who fitted the kitchen was not only exceptional at what he does,, his extra attention to detail advice and quality of work just added to the overall end result . Thank you to everyone at Empire Kitchens who I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a new kitchen or appliances and needs honest advice , a friendly service, excellent value and excellent quality.

a week agoAfter searching the internet, local shops and stores for a double oven I eventually came across Empire Kitchens & Appliances The service i received together with the selection and prices was excellent. The oven was delivered on time and installed most efficiently. I would highly recommend this company

a year agoWe have just finished using Empire for our new kitchen and they have done an amazing job. We did get quotes off other local companies and the big companies and these came back as the most reasonable price for what we wanted. Paige was very helpful and honest throughput and didn't bat an eyelid to adapting our design a few times over, also didn't push us to have their appliances so we could get what we really wanted. The after are as well was outstanding and was a great surprise as know I definitely wouldn't have got that with other companies. I have already recommended to others who I know are looking to getting a kitchen in the near future. Thank you so much we love our new kitchen! Also worth adding the turn around is quick from ordering to having it fitted I think it was about 6 weeks but had the choice for it to be fitted earlier if we wanted it to.
