Empire Kitchens & Appliances

We have just finished using Empire for our new kitchen and they have done an amazing job. We did get quotes off other local companies and the big companies and these came back as the most reasonable price for what we wanted. Paige was very helpful and honest throughput and didn't bat an eyelid to adapting our design a few times over, also didn't push us to have their appliances so we could get what we really wanted. The after are as well was outstanding and was a great surprise as know I definitely wouldn't have got that with other companies. I have already recommended to others who I know are looking to getting a kitchen in the near future. Thank you so much we love our new kitchen! Also worth adding the turn around is quick from ordering to having it fitted I think it was about 6 weeks but had the choice for it to be fitted earlier if we wanted it to.

After losing the will to live searching for a new dishwasher online, we went to Empire Kitchens in Cannock to see what they had. We were served by Connor who was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about various brands and machines. He even had a dinner plate and a tall glass that he let us use to see if they fitted the one we liked. He then gave us the space to discuss our options and we went with his recommendation of a hotpoint one. They helped us put it in the car. I have used the new dishwasher for a couple of days and am truly impressed with the quality for the price. Connor was spot on with his advice for a mid price range model that is excellent quality. I have already recommended Empire to my son as he is looking to buy a new dishwasher too. What a breath of fresh air to find staff that know their products and want to help you, unlike a certain major appliance retailer that I won’t name. Thank you Connor.

I bought an appliance from Empire Kitchens and Appliances in Cannock on Saturday and the service has been exceptional. It was delivered today, well within the timeframe I was given and delivery guys, Neil and Chris (no, not the Pet Shop Boys) were brilliant. Despite a couple of challenges the appliance was in my home, up and running in no time. Not only are the products of an excellent quality. They are also reasonably priced. The whole experience from buying to delivery was smooth and easy. Thank you all at Empire.

Arrived home last night to find my freezer had completely died Rang Empire Kitchens & Appliances in Cannock just at closing time and spoke to a lovely lady who stayed over, sorted a suitable new freezer and reserved a fitter to come out today. Phil Cox rang first thing this morning, confirmed fitter would collect the freezer from stock and he has just completed the job. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Brilliant customer service, great price for the freezer and very reasonable price for fitting and taking the old one away for recycling.
