2 months agoBeen meaning to offer feedback on this excellent independent estate agency for a while. My (elderly) father bought a retirement flat listed with them (Henleaze branch) a while ago and the service was outstanding. Is was not a simple process (moving back to Bristol from many years living abroad); I did not realise how important the ‘sales progression’ part of the service was until I experienced it; the company really helped with what is often the unseen part of estate agency. They were exemplary in all aspects, tenacious, persistent, good humoured and stuck with us when the going got tough! We cannot thank them too much. We would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I'd had a nightmare with buyers mucking me about previously, but as soon as I went into the Shirehampton branch and asked to market with G&L, Teresa made me feel listened to and understood. As a local, Teresa understands the area and the market as well as anyone. Adam takes amazing pictures and both Teresa and Lucy communicated with me every step of the way which is so important with the anxiety a sale can cause. I cannot recommend this office enough.
