I’ve been working within the estate agency industry for over 20 years, originally as a financial advisor and for the last 15 years as a valuer.
I have worked for both corporate and independent agencies, this has given me an experienced overview of the market from all sides, I’ve also worked in good and previously bad markets and have the knowledge and experience of how to overcome the challenges in this current difficult climate.
I’m not looking to build a large stock list, but want to focus more on a hands on personal service that can only be achieved with more selective property’s.
I will be visiting all potential new properties, and my phone will be on evenings and weekends for any enquiries.
I thought it only right to use my name to head my business (the buck stops with me).

4 months agoAll the girls at Karen Ritchie were absolutely brilliant, especially Chloe. It was a bit touch and go if sale and purchase would complete on the same day . But we did and thats all down to me using Karen Ritchie Estates. Chloe was amazing and i would definitely use them again with selling my house in the future
