I’ve been working within the estate agency industry for over 20 years, originally as a financial advisor and for the last 15 years as a valuer.
I have worked for both corporate and independent agencies, this has given me an experienced overview of the market from all sides, I’ve also worked in good and previously bad markets and have the knowledge and experience of how to overcome the challenges in this current difficult climate.
I’m not looking to build a large stock list, but want to focus more on a hands on personal service that can only be achieved with more selective property’s.
I will be visiting all potential new properties, and my phone will be on evenings and weekends for any enquiries.
I thought it only right to use my name to head my business (the buck stops with me).

7 months agoAfter initially marketing a probate property with another agent and being messed around with poor pricing advice and communication, I made the decision to move to Karen Ritchie Estates. What a good move I made. Karen and Michelle’s knowledge of the local area and current market conditions resulted in an offer within 14 days of it going on the market with them. Their communication was excellent. They vetted the buyer and gave me sound advice throughout the process. Really like the fact that when you ring, you can always speak with the same person (usually Chloe) and there are only 2 agents, Karen and Michelle who do the viewings. They know the house so there aren’t agents showing prospective buyers around who haven’t ever been in the property prior to the viewing. Would highly recommend. Thank you all. You were top notch
