2 months agoI’ve had a few bad experiences with my nails so I was nervous about trying another salon but as soon as I stepped foot in the door I felt at ease. This is a non judgemental, friendly yet professional salon. Sophie explained my options as well the pros and cons of each which I have to say I have not experienced before so this immediately installed confidence that she knew what she was doing. I absolutely love the result! No pain, no bleeding cuticles, no cured gel on my fingers! I won’t be going anywhere else from now!

4 months agoThis was my first visit. Sophie made me feel very comfortable and advised on the best products to use in order to prevent more damage to my nails. She was very knowledgeable and provided exactly what I was looking for. Would happily recommend and will use again in future. 5*

2 months agoThought long and hard about leaving this review but as a qualified beauty therapist myself I was surprised at the lack of care and attention. I booked in for my 1st lash lift back in the summer. On arrival I was taken to a therapist room, the bed had no towel or tissue and looked untidy. At no time prior to the treatment was I consulted on how application would feel, After application I was left in the room alone, with nobody to assess the process. The lash lift was ‘passable’ on my left eye but horrendous on my right. The lashes had curled back on themselves really tight, not something a therapist could miss. I feigned a smile as I was on a super tight schedule and just wanted to get out of the salon, this treatment was in prep for a romantic holiday for a week the day after and my lashes looked awful. The solution must have been super strong as they were curled up for weeks. As a therapist she would have known this. I wont be returning.
