Love this place. Owners are super-friendly and chatty as well. We stayed in one of the cottages nearby and went to buy some bits almost everyday. They were nice and always gave us their recommendations. This place has a decent selection of food ranging from crisps to pasta sauces. They have a lovely magazine section.
Absolutely love this shop with its homemade pies quiche scones and high quality local produce, seasonal stock and essentials right on our doorstep. Lindsay is great craic and a wonderful source of local news, information and advice. The best village shop I’ve ever stepped foot in. The star of the show are the home made baked goods, which are SO tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful and the selection of goods is excellent for a relatively small shop. I’m feel lucky to have a shop of this quality within walking distance from my home. Keep up the amazing work!
Quite simply the best village store you could want! Lindsay makes the most amazing quiche, pies, cakes & more. The store is incredibly well stocked with a great combination of staple products & local produce & gifts. There is always a warm & friendly welcome for locals & visitors alike.
