This computer shop started off by simply offering call out support for most repair needs. Since then OneTouchServices has steadily grown increasing their increasing their repair services. 5 months agoAbsolutely lovely people, very kind and helpful. I took my gaming laptop in because it was overheating, the team were fantastic and sorted out my issue. Thanks to them, my computer is much cooler and is working better than ever - I would definitely recommend and I will be returning if I have any issues in future.

a year agoSo I was experiencing heavily blue screens quite frequently so I found this shop who specialises in gaming pcs and laptops, and got chatting to Alex he advised me to come in for a diagnostic, the guys at OneTouchIT Tested my pc for 2 weeks and managed to fix the bsods and I then decided to upgrade a few bits to make it look a bit more refreshed which they was happy to do. I had communications throughout the whole procedure with Alex he’s very nice and understanding guy Now I’m happy with how good my pc looks and runs so shout out to Alex and the guys at OneTouchIT. 12 months agoGreat service from the team at Staines. They didn't over sell. They remove my broken laptop lid without breaking the screen and replaced just the part needed. They contacted me before ordering part telling me the price and got a call a few days later to say all sorted. Really pleased.
