Throughout the process found them to be very knowledgeable about the local market and honest about how best to achieve the sale I was looking for. I worked primarily with Alice King, who went above and beyond to secure viewings and when the flat sold chased the sale to exchange and completion on a daily basis often updating me on her days off. I have no hesitation in recommending P&S. Alice and the rest of the team were fantastic.

3 months agoHaving rented in Brighton for nearly 8 years before now buying a property, I can honestly say this has been the best experience with an estate agency. My seller used Chris as her estate agent and he was honestly so helpful. I am a FTB and he was very patient and supportive and explained things so clearly to me throughout the process. It was an extremely difficult time due to the sellers solicitor & lack of communication from them, but Chris persevered and ensured I was kept in the loop - as much as he was by them anyway! Will definitely use Philips & Still if I need to in the future, and recommend them to anyone.

6 months agoHelped us buy our flat quickly and were very responsive throughout the process. This is hugely appreciated! However, due to the speed, I found a few things skimped/forgotten about, and as a result, it feels like a loss as I had to shoulder the costs. On the other hand, it looks like the seller left a review stating they are really happy with the full service, so there's at least one party happy in this exchange.
