RecoveryNI Vehicle Breakdown and Recovery

Derek rescued my Clio a while ago when she died out on me coming into Coleraine. He was kind enough to even store the car overnight since it was late and deliver it all the way to my mechanic the next day. Absolutely wonderful man and so helpful. Couldn't have asked for better.

Brilliant service from Derek from start to finish - he came highly recommended from a lovely local couple who we met on the road after we had the accident and he came along and sorted everything out so quick and also fixed up the car all for a really reasonable price within a short period of time. He was extremely friendly to deal with and made an otherwise stressful situation very relaxed and easy. 5 star service!

Cannot recommend Derek enough. Bank holiday nightmare when the car wouldn’t start. I googled recovery services and phoned a quite a few but none would commit to taking us and the car home the 50 plus miles on a Saturday of a bank holiday weekend. Derek arrived in a timely manner and rather than just put the car on the recovery lorry he attempted to fix the car first. From experience most other recovery services just want to get the car loaded and get on the road. Derek successfully got the car going and followed us for the first 20 miles of our journey just incase anything happened. He was an absolute gentleman. Highly recommend.
