5 months agoI went for a hot stone massage, which was nice. But women, be advised of the men in areas you might not expect to find them, and in what is supposed to be a gender-segregated spa. There was a man in grey who walked through the waiting area outside the treatment room while I was in a bikini, having just come from the steam room and awaiting my massage - never seen this before. Then, when I left the treatment area after my massage, someone had put up a divider to split the female waiting area from the male waiting area. When I asked why this divider wasn't there before, I was told that the waiting area - by the treatment room, not the foyer - was for both men and women IN A SPA!!!! They said they put the divider up because there was a hijabi lady and wanted to give her privacy. They had no concern for my privacy because I wasn't wearing a hijab. Not very nice, is it?!

2 years agoDivine experience - the spa (steam room, sauna, pool) was relaxing with lovely choice of essential oils in the steam room. The treatment (we got the winter package I think) of 2 hour treatment. The body scrub was insane, skin was soo smooth after. The wrapping was also lovely and the massage great!! I asked for emphasis on my back and she did just that and relieved the tension I had

5 months agoVery poor customer service and one I'm not used to experiencing at this level of hotel. It was only when I got up to leave and one of this persons colleagues who had been rude to myself and a friend then explained to him who I was that he chased after me apologising. Too late you should treat all your guests the same not for who they are. I will be using other hotels in the area in future.

9 months agoI have been to many spas and hands down four seasons London is the best. The facilities are wonderful, the massage is excellent, and the relaxation rooms after have led to many a relaxed / accidental nap. Brought my sister here, who has also visited many spas, and she loved it. They brought her wonderful macarons and chocolate strawberries for her birthday and it was much appreciated! Must visit!
