We recently sold a house and lock-up garage through Todd & Hartridge, and could not have been happier with the service that we received from Alastair and his team. From our first meeting with Alastair we were impressed by his professionalism, friendliness and genuine interest he showed in the property. His valuation of both the house and garage would turn out to be spot on. We also sought valuations from a couple of larger commercial estate agencies but preferred the more traditional and personal service that Todd & Hartridge offered, and we are so pleased that we decided to go with them. Alastair conducted all the viewings himself which was a real bonus as he had familiarised himself with the property during the valuation. We were also very impressed with the quality of the brochures that were produced. Alastair provided a really well written description and his colleague Luke took excellent, well composed photos. Prospective buyers were found very quickly for both the house and garage, so they only needed to be advertised online for a few days. Following our acceptance of an offer Alastair worked really hard throughout the conveyancing process to ensure matters progressed, always responding to our communications really quickly and advising us along the way. His assistance and involvement were invaluable in ensuring that the sales proceeded to completion, achieved in no small part by his responsive and diplomatically assertive approach. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Alastair and his team at Todd and Hartridge for the sale of your property.

Todd and Hartridge have been absolutely fantastic! They managed to process our move within a week of us saying we wanted the property. We've had a couple of minor growing pains whilst moving in but the agents at Todd and Hartridge have been quick to respond every single time. All of the agents are friendly and the moving process was incredibly smooth. Best estate agents I've ever dealt with.
