Our first sale unfortunately fell through, but Dominic remained patient, positive, and completely on top of everything throughout the whole process. 5 months agoWe have just exchanged contracts on a a house in Bath, purchased through Whiteley Helyar. Our experience of working with them has been entirely positive, from first to last. They clearly work as a team but we have to highlight Emma Roberts who has been a class apart from any of the other agents in the chain - including our own selling agent ! Ably supported by Andy Hazleton, Emma was very knowledgeable about the property in detail, and during the inevitably tricky parts of the sales process was calm, positive and always supportive. Her grasp of the status of every part of the chain at all times was really impressive. The exchange day itself was very tense and tricky, but largely due to Emma it all turned out OK. Simply put - for us, Whiteley Helyar are all that is good about estate agents, and certainly the best we have ever worked with. Happy to recommend them unreservedly.

a month agoWe completed on the sale of our property in October 2025 through Whiteley Helyar. Andy's advice and work on marketing was spot on, the house looked great and was pitched perfectly. Emma took over on the viewings which went really smoothly. She managed the solicitors and other agents throughout the chain professionally, without taking any nonsense, and with the people directly affected at the forefront of her dealings. They were always happy and ready to talk through any questions we had and we felt completely supported throughout the process. At the end of a chain of 5, we really needed it. I can't recommend the team enough. It's a nightmare of a process and WH are a very safe pair of hands.
