3 months agoIt was an absolute pleasure to purchase a property through Whiteley Helyar. Their service is head and shoulders above what I’ve experienced at larger agencies. They are such a lovely team to deal but what really sets them apart is they have a dedicated person whose main role is to push sales forward. It is fantastic to have someone (special thank you to the amazing Emma!) who is brilliant at communicating with all parties involved and who is an expert in chivvying solicitors. An all round great experience

a month agoRupert was my Saviour. I appointed Rupert to be the sole agent to sell my property in the UK. I live in Australia and doing business twelve thousand miles away has its challenges and one must have trust in the person you have appointed. The sale was not what I would call normal, I accepted an offer in April and it did not settle until August. The buyer was a cashed up buyer. Rupert was brilliant working tirelessly to get the sale over the line. I, on a couple of occasions thought about taking it off the market, but Rupert insisted he would see the sale through, and he did. The moral of this exercise is not to use CHEAP SOLICITORS and that was why it took so long to finalise the sale. It was explained to me, not by Rupert, but by the legal fraternity that what certain legal practices do is engage legal graduates fresh out of university to do the conveyancing. They are not supervised and to protect their backsides they keep asking the same questions over and over again. This is what happened in my case. Pay a little bit more and get the job done quickly. I will always be indebted to Rupert for a job well done..

4 months agoWhiteley Helyar provide an outstanding service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rupert. Rupert is an extremely experienced, skilled and knowledgeable person who knows how to nurture, maintain and help complete a house sale. Rupert is very friendly, helpful and charming. Should I come to sell my house, which Rupert helped me buy, I will certainly use Whiteley Helyar.

2 months agoI recently sold my property in Batheaston with Whiteley Helyar. Throughout the process from valuation, they were great. We had to switch buyers through the process and they were very responsive to this. Particular thanks to Emma and Andy. Recommended!
