She kept me informed of any developments, feedback from viewers right up to the day the sale completed. I would definitely recommend this family business over a large estate agent chain. a year agoWhittakers Estate Agents helped us to sell our home. We had a few issues with buyers dropping out but Linda quickly got the property back on the market and sold it again within weeks. Linda is very good at her job she knows that the process can be laborious but she is relentless in her attention to detail to ensure that things move along swiftly. Whittakers Estate agents are very efficient and professional, and always go above and beyond to get things moving. I would highly recommend this business.

a year agoWe received excellent service, advice and attention from Whittaker's Estate Agents when selling our Aunt's property. We had little previous experience of selling property and Linda was there every step of the way to guide us through it. She was always willing to help with advice and with the copious amounts of 'form-filling'. This certainty took away a lot of the stress from us. We cannot recommend Whittaker's services highly enough. It is a thoroughly professional business, whilst maintaining small, independent family values. a year agoIt isn't really possible for any estate agent to be more helpful and professional than Whittakers were when I recently had to sell a property that was our family home for the past 60 years. A sensible property "probate" valuation, a referral to excellent efficient solicitors, very timely advertising. A sale was achieved within 24 hours of the advert going live, before the "for sale" sign was even erected! Very competitive fees. Please use this local family company, you will not be disappointed!

a year agoI cannot recommend Whittakers enough. By far the best experience I have ever had with an estate agents. Right from the start I had confidence in the team. Communication was excellent, they have a brilliant understanding of the local market and get results. The bungalow that we sold was under offer within a week of being on the market, achieving the required selling price. I would recommend Linda and the wider agency team to anyone who wishes to sell property in the Harwood area.
